I have over 15 years of experience working in payroll, human resources and church infrastructure. I have committed my life to improving the lives of those around me. I have found that there are some fundamental leadership skills true in every area of our lives, whether it is in the board room in a corporate setting, with our mentoring program in a volunteer setting or the church leadership meeting.
My husband, Troy Williams, and I are founding pastors of Becoming One Outreach Ministries, Inc., and founders of the Area Resource Center, Inc. which focus on strengthening families and building a better community. The Area Resource Center provides scholarships, supplies for newborn babies, a weekly mentoring program and more. This requires various levels of leadership and community involvement.
One of my favorite services is workshops and training sessions. Here I can provide the opportunity for your team to learn techniques for growth and development by combining teaching, interactive exercises and role playing. My reward is seeing the participants truly connect so that they can make a difference in the lives of those they serve, add value to the organization or ministry that they represent and personally grow as a person of influence.
