Leadership

Be faithful to your dream

Success is found in our daily agenda. Many of us begin the day with good intentions but look up to see that nothing was accomplished.  Phone calls and unannounced visitors stop by. Everyone seems to need our time while our dreams and our business suffers. We must take control of our schedule and sometimes that means saying no. Our business is important and we must treat it as business.  Yes one perk of being an entrepreneur is flexibility of schedule. However when we’re still in the solopreneur phase the hours are long and help is limited.  So be sure to block off time for your business and be faithful to your dream. Utilize a calendar, plan your days and months and let work time be work time.

Congratulations!!! Five amazing Leaders just completed a four-week Leadership Course at Toombs-Montgomery Chamber of Commerce.  I had the pleasure of taking them through a few growth exercises but they did the homework, came prepared and was fully engaged in the process of growth and development. This is just the beginning of their journey.
