I remember joining the John Maxwell Team almost three years ago, but I never really thought he would be so approachable. Not only have I heard him speak twice a year and lead over 1200 people to Christ but today he took two hours of his time encouraging us and answering questions. 

We know that leadership is influence, but how do you gain the influence. People must know, like & trust you. I’ve seen leaders who were untouchable and their entourage was so thick that those who support them can’t even get a picture. Not John or other leaders like him.
