carmelawilliams76@gmail.comI had a great idea on how to serve my clients in a more structured fashion. Since my network is national, I can’t just host a local meeting anymore. I need to give people various ways to connect and at times that are convenient to them all while keeping in mind the different time zones. So I had the brilliant idea of creating a membership network called the Inner Circle. The idea was great and the flyer was cute. I posted the information and began sharing it with my network.
wwweeellllll…… no one told me the massive amount of work required to launch such an endeavor. My free website wouldn’t host the membership site so I upgraded. I updated my website added some bright colors and was ready to add the membership component…. THEN ANOTHER 40+ hours later, I was still building the content pages, filming content videos, cropping, studying, researching….yeah it took a lot just to get it where I can share it with you.
So today’s word is DETERMINATION. When we are moving forward in our careers, as entrepreneurs and in our personal lives, it is not always easy. We must be so committed to our vision that we will start early and stay late. We must collaborate, continually learn and most of all be flexible. When our timeline doesn’t work the way we want it too we must be sure to make the necessary adjustments.
So you have a vision but do you have determination……or are you just talking????
