This is a study that will afford you the opportunity to join forces with a unique group of like-minded Christian ministry leaders who are focused on taking results in every area of their lives to a new level. Having the support and ideas from other focused and driven ministers allow us to see things differently and to get a new perspective on goals and action plans.

Together, we will learn how to effectively raise our leadership lid by understanding and implementing the principles shared on these calls.[/text_block]

Troy Williams

Pastor Williams uses his experience in ministry, in the non-profit arena and the corporate sector to develop ministry leaders by showing them how to:

balance family and ministry
to prevent burnout
increase their influence with other leaders

Pastor Troy is the Senior Pastor of Becoming One Outreach Ministries, Inc. in Vidalia, GA. A dynamic, mature, spirit-filled preacher of the gospel who has a heart for the word of God and the people of God. Pastor Williams has exceptional character and is devoted to prayer and the study of the word of God. He uses every day topics and creative demonstrations to deliver the gospel of Jesus Christ.

He is also the founder of the Area Resource Center, Inc. where the purpose is to strengthen families within the region so that they can be self supportive. It’s done by providing resources and referrals to all in need and by designing long-term approaches to achieving social and economic improvement at the grassroots level.

He is also a Certified Coach, Speaker & Trainer with the John Maxwell Team. He works with leaders inside of corporations showing them how to empower their teams without ever using title position or authority.

Pastor Williams is also most passionate about his first ministry…..his family. He has been married for over 14 years and has seven children.
