Priorities

A leader must always prioritize. Just because you can do something doesn’t mean you should be the one to do it. Allow other team members to operate in the area of their strength.

Busy doesn’t mean effective. You can’t accept every engagement, attend every event & micromanage every person on your team. Train, Empower, Release, Follow-up then have this person Train, Empower, Release, Follow-up then repeat… Do this so your team is equipped so that you CAN focus on those things that you are strongest in.

Put first things first and you will enjoy the fruit of your labor
