My breakthrough moment came in this leadership session that combined music and leadership. This husband and wife team (so you already know that I was captivated) explained how although many different instruments played the same harmony, their sound was unique and distinct from the other instruments. The same is true in our businesses and in leadership. Although others may do what you do; no one can do what YOU DO…. I am the only one that can release my unique voice print into the earth via my business and ministry.
Then to hear all the parts working together, I could literally see the vision of how a successful team operates. Only when everyone does their own part will the team truly sound as one, move as one and impact the community as one distinct movement.
This segment with Paul & Gloria Burgess and the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra changed my view of entrepreneurship forever. I encourage you to find your unique sound in business, parenting and ministry and release it into the atmosphere. We need your sound….
